After the shock of my Mother passing away, the reality of making arrangements, funeral costs, etc came to reality. It is something that you don’t think about until the time actually comes and we felt as though we were at the mercy of our local funeral home. I saved $3,600 on the casket from webb Caskets and saved another $850.00 on the funeral expenses by following tips I learned by reading your website, and before visiting the funeral home. I ordered the Everest Mohogany Solid wood Casket at 3:00 PM on Sunday and the funeral home received it when they opened on Monday morning. The main thing they told me is to not tell the funeral home that I was buying an online casket until after they gave me in writing the itemized list of the funeral and burial expenses. They said that if I tell them about the online casket beforehand, that the funeral home will simply add the lost $3,000 profit to the price of the other funeral or burial expenses on the itemized list and I won't save any money. They said to me to not feel guilty about this because the funeral home only spends about 4-5 hours on a funeral. $3,000 is enough for the funeral service. Thanks Webb Caskets.

When I was looking for a casket for my great aunt when she passed, I had been almost completely convinced at this point that I was going to have to spend upwards of ten to fifteen thousand dollars. After coming here to Webb Caskets and realizing that most funeral homes in the Houston area had been lowering the price of their caskets only to raise the prices of other expenses included in the funeral, I was stunned but not completely surprised. I understand that the Big Corporation Aren't in business to make people happy, just to make money and make themselves happy(majority of the time). After shopping with Webb Casket, I realized that there are still some private business owners out there that are still concerned about their ethics. Mr Webb staff were helpful and easy to work with, and the business itself was very neat and clean. Finally, Id like to add that the pricing of their Caskets was actually affordable. The funeral home price was double the going price that Webb Caskets had. I purchased the Ray copper and saved about 80% over our local funeral home.

When we found out that they could not meet our tight timeline, I called Mr. Webb.
