REFUND/CANCELLATION:A memorial (marker/monument/bench/columbarium/mausoleum/urn/vase) at the Proofing or Order for Production stage may be canceled within three (3) business days of placing your order, and a refund of your money will be issued less any administration fees. After three (3) business days, all sales are final. After three (3) business days, restocking fees may also apply.
RETURNS:Due to the custom nature of the memorials we sell, all sales are final. We take every necessary precaution to ensure that your memorial/monument is shipped exactly as you ordered. We confirm with you that all the information on the memorial/monument is exactly as you ordered prior to production. We verify with the cemetery that the memorial/monument meets their regulations and restrictions. Returns on Caskets, Exchange and Cancellation
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your casket purchase, we will work to make your order right. Refunds will be processed once the casket is returned without damage to our warehouse. Allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to process.
You may exchange your casket purchase for another model only before the truck leaves our warehouse with the casket.
You may choose to cancel your order at any time. Canceled orders after the shipping has occurred will result in a 25 to 35% restocking fee plus the actual cost of any delivery and/or returned delivery shipping expenses.

Caskets may be overpriced at your local funeral home of choice. Your funeral home cannot charge you a fee or refuse the casket you delivered. This is the Federal Law. We deliver local same-day in the Houston, Texas area. Purchases made by 10:00 a.m. can usually be delivered that same day by 5:00 p.m. Since our prices have already been discounted, all casket sales are final. We cannot accept returns.

Webbdiscountcaskets.com offers delivery to most areas within 50 miles of Houston, Texas major airports in the United States. In many cases, we can deliver the casket the same day or the next business day. Delivery typically occurs within 12 hours (and sometimes 24-48 hours) from the time of order. There may be a small fuel surcharge for some rural areas, rushed deliveries, and/or weekend deliveries (if available)
Delivery Charges
Due to gas prices, Webb Casket could add up to an additional $50.00 Covid-19 surcharge at the time of purchase of any Burial Casket. Webb Casket needs to know the Funeral Home location to determine the surcharge, if applicable.
